Beijing Administration of TCM fully possess the copyright and/or its relative intellectual property rights of all the materials of Beijing Digital Museum of TCM (BVMTCM) network (including but not limited in characters, pictures, videos, flashes, cartoons, diagrams, labels, logos, domain name, software, website designs and contents classification criteria).

All rights are reserved. Any unauthorized uses are not allowed，which include plagiarizing, reproducing, extracting and editing, modification, copying or mirror imaging on the sever which does not belong to BVMTCM, or for any other purposes or with any ways without obtaining prior written license of Beijing Administration of TCM and/or related obligee. Agreements made by Beijing Administration of TCM and/or related obligee with other people or other legal permissions are not included.

Authorized reproducing, extracting and editing, modification and copying of any materials of BVMTCM must be paid according to the relevant regulations and be noted with “Beijing Digital Museum of TCM”. Reducing, extracting and editing, or copying any part of copyright material without obtaining the written license is an infringement of copyright. Infringement will be prosecuted.
